We’ll hop on a short call to talk through your goals, audience, challenges, and timeline. This is where we make sure we’re the right fit.

3. QUOTE SENT


After our call, you’ll receive a clear proposal outlining scope, deliverables, timelines, and investment; no surprises.

4. INVOICE & TIMELINE


Once you approve the proposal, you’ll receive an invoice for the deposit and a confirmed project timeline so you can see everything.

5. KICK OFF CALL


We meet for a deeper dive into your brand voice, audience, goals, and messaging needs. This is where everything comes together.

6. CREATIVE REVIEW


You’ll receive your draft, and we’ll work through focused revisions to ensure everything sounds clear, aligned, and true to your brand.

7. FINALIZE & DELIVER


You receive polished, ready-to-use copy and an invoice along with any relevant notes or recommendations to help you implement it successfully.

8. PAYMENT & SMILE


Once the final payment is complete, your project officially wraps and you walk away with strategic, polished messaging ready to put to work.

No worries. Once we agree to move forward, we’ll do a kick-off call and then a creative review to make sure you’re satisfied and happy.

Absolutely! I will email you an invoice for a 50% deposit with services to be rendered and then you pay the remaining 50% upon project completion.

Turnaround time depends on a few factors. Namely, the size and scope of your project and my availability. Once we talk, I can answer your questions and get a better idea of turnaround time on your project.
