Client:

Challenge:
DoorDash aims to expand its partner program to include more local pet supply retailers who can benefit from its services. Given that there are nearly 10,000 independent pet supply stores and that 70% of U.S. households own a pet, it’s essential for DoorDash to have a landing page that can inform and persuade less tech-savvy retailers to join their platform.
The small independent pet supply stores typically rely on Facebook to market their business and often do not have a website. They will reach this landing page when they click through an ad on Facebook.
Results:
This campaign began during the pandemic when pet parents needed the products and services of local retailers. DoorDash solves the problems that pet supply retailers face (big box competition, lack of awareness, difficulty reaching target audience) by focusing on on-demand delivery at the local level, enabling pet parents to receive their products right at their doorsteps.
Understanding that some pet parents are hesitant to visit stores in person or are too busy, so I emphasized the concept of being a superhero to the local community. I created a headline that caught the retailer’s attention and followed up with a compelling subheading. Two CTA’s are offered to sign up or get expert help.
